Questions and answers
Do I need new software?
Usually not. We start with the features of your current system — no duplicate tool needed.
What if the client cancels?
The current status is checked before sending. Cancelled appointments do not get a reminder.
Can I add a promotion to the reminder?
No, reminders support an existing appointment. New offers are a separate service.
Is monthly care required?
No, it is optional: 1 check per month and up to 15 minutes of small changes.
